1.   INTRODUCTION

1.1   You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.

1.2   We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this website.

2.   ORDERING FROM US

2.1   You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

2.2   Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

2.3   We may refuse to accept an order:

(a)   where goods are not available;
(b)   where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c)   if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d)   if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

3.   PRICING

3.1   Our prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (which is currently 20%)

3.2   Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

4.   CANCELLATION POLICY

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

4.1  You can cancel your contract before delivery, and up to 14 working days after delivery. To do this, please e-mail us at:

sue@cottontailcrafts.co.uk.

We will refund your money, including the original postage charges, within 30 days.

4.2  If you only cancel part of an order, then we will not refund any of the original postage charges.

If you only cancel part of an order, the value of which has qualified you for free delivery of your original order, then you will become liable for a postage charge for your original order which we will deduct from the refunded value of the returned goods.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to our customers in the future.

4.3  If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

4.4  If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of collection.

4.5  If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

4.6  Cancelled goods should be returned to:

             Cottontail Crafts
             16 Duke Street,
             SETTLE,
              North Yorkshire
              BD24 9DN

5.   FAULTY GOODS POLICY

5.1  If there is a problem with the goods we have delivered, please phone us to discuss the matter on:

 01729 822946

Alternatively, you can e-mail us on:

 sue@cottontailcrafts.co.uk

5.2  Please give a brief explanation as to why you believe the goods to be faulty. You should endeavour to contact us as soon as possible after delivery of the goods.

5.3
Please note that we will not accept the return of faulty goods where you fail to notify us before returning them.

5.4
If we accept that there could be a problem with the goods then we will request that you return them to us. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

5.5
If the returned goods are found to be faulty and comprised the whole of our delivery to you then, within 30 days, we will refund the money you paid for the goods, the original postage charges and any reasonable charges incurred by you in returning the goods.

5.6
If the returned goods are found to be faulty and comprised only a part of our delivery to you then, within 30 days, we will refund the money you paid for the goods and any reasonable charges incurred by you in returning the products.

5.7
If the returned goods are found not to be faulty then, subject to you paying the postage charge, the goods will be returned to you.

5.8
Faulty goods should be returned to:

Cottontail Crafts
16 Duke Street
