Faulty Goods Policy

Please give a brief explanation as to why you believe the goods to be faulty. You should endeavour to contact us as soon as possible after delivery of the goods.

Please note that we will not accept the return of faulty goods where you fail to notify us before returning them. 

If we accept that there could be a problem with the goods then we will request that you return them to us. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. 

If the returned goods are found to be faulty and comprised the whole of our delivery to you then, within 30 days, we will refund the money you paid for the goods (including the original postage charges) and any reasonable charges incurred by you in returning the goods.

If the returned goods are found to be faulty and comprised only a part of our delivery to you then, within 30 days, we will refund the money you paid for the goods (excluding the original postage charges) and any reasonable charges incurred by you in returning the products. 

If the returned goods are found not to be faulty then, subject to you paying the postage charge, the goods will be returned to you. In this instance, we will not refund the money you paid for the goods.
