Same Day Despatch

We know at Cottontail Crafts that Crafters are generally an impatient breed and once they have placed an order they want it delivered as quickly as possible! (I'm the same!!)

We do our utmost to ensure that orders received before 3pm on Monday to Friday and noon on Saturday are packed and despatched on the same day. Items received after these times or on Sundays will be despatched the next working day.

The majority of orders are sent by Royal Mail from our local Post Office which is located opposite our shop in Settle.

Once we have posted your order we are in the hands of Royal Mail for delivery to your address, but I have to commend them as they rarely let us down and the products will usually be with you within 2 days.

If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order as quickly as we would like then we will contact you to let you know and give you the opportunity to amend your order.
