 JACOB

The Breed

The Jacob is closely related to a middle eastern breed of biblical times.
It was established in the UK in the 17th Century as a fashionable
 and attractive parkland breed
.
Both rams and ewes carry either 2 or 4 horns and their fleeces
range from cream through to brown and almost black
without the use of dyes or special effects.

The Wool

Mellow and beautiful, naturally coloured Jacob wool is a pure delight.
 
Soft creamy white shades contrast with muted browns
 to offer unique textile simplicity
... just as nature intended.
